MTW is a demonstration program for public housing authorities that provides the opportunity to design and test innovative, local strategies that use federal dollars more efficiently, help residents find employment and become self-sufficient, and increase housing choices for low-income families.

Kelly Benson Apartments offers 59 units of affordable housing to seniors age 55 and older with disabling conditions by providing housing, rental subsidies, and supportive services to ensure successful tenancy.
