Emergency Afghan Housing (EAH)

EAH is a tenant-based rental assistance for Afghan refugees, parolees and humanitarians eligible for services under the Afghanistan Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2022 (ASA). Clients pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income and receive extended case management from one of the 3 partnering Resettlement Agencies – IRC, CCS or AAU. Clients are eligible for up to 18 months of rental assistance. Referrals for this program also need to come from one of the Resettlement Agencies.
