Homeless Assistance Rental Program (HARP) provides tenant-based rental assistance to individuals and families engaged in behavioral health treatment through a Salt Lake County provider. The program utilizes federal HOME funds administered through Salt Lake County Housing and Community Development, as well as local funds administered through the Salt Lake County Division of Behavioral Health. The program functions as a medium-term rapid re-housing program with assistance lasting from 9 to 24 months.
