The Mainstream Voucher program provides rental assistance (vouchers) to low-income households who include a person(s) with disabilities.
This program is designed to help tenants with disabilities live independently in the community. The Mainstream Vouchers must be used to assist non-elderly persons with disabilities and their families.
Housing Connect will provide rental assistance under its Mainstream Voucher program to assist non-elderly persons with disabilities who are transitioning out of institutional or other segregated setting, at serious risk of institutionalization, or homeless find safe, clean, and affordable housing.
