Jessica was a single mom in a bad spot without anyone else that could help. Through Housing Connect’s support, Jessica was able to find a stable home and hold down a job. Her case worker was always in her corner, cheering her on. With that encouragement, Jessica completed the self-sufficiency program and now owns her own home.
Housing Connect allowed her the space she needed to not worry as much—helping her concentrate—and focus on learning to manage her finances better.
