Meta's Story

Meta
“I was able to regain my sense of independence, my confidence, and my self-worth.”

After a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis and medical bills that significantly changed her financial situation, Meta was able to find a stable living situation and regain her independence with handicap-accessible housing.

Housing Connect helped Meta find a living situation to meet her needs. She has been living on her own for the last fifteen years —despite her illness—raising her kids in a stable housing environment.
